No two days are the same
At Hudson West no two days will be the same. Onboarding starts with our standard two week onboarding process where you will meet in person and learn more about our company, our processes, and what the expectations are. After onboarding is complete you will be placed in the field on a project team and begin to learn from your team. We believe the best way to learn is actual project experience and that is what you will receive here. From interns to managers all of our team members are client facing
Client Work and Internal Initiatives
We want individuals to be able to learn as much as possible while also adding value in areas which they are interested in. In addition to your project work, Hudson West encourages each of our team members to join internal initiatives to make a difference. We empower our team members to make a difference and are willing to invest time and resources if someone has a good idea.
Training
Training is at the heart of our firm. Each year we target having at least two weeks of training for all levels of the firm. Hudson West also provides training stipends to each associate to learn skills applicable to their job and our industry. Examples of this in the past have included certifications (six-sigma, PMP, etc.), attending skill conferences, and language learning courses.
