We are looking for recent graduates to join our team each January and June
As a recent graduate you will join the firm as an Associate and begin your consulting journey. Starting with two weeks of onboarding, you will learn Hudson West’s core values, processes, and expectations for the future. Shortly after onboarding you will be placed on a project team in the field and work on a project team to deliver creative solutions for our clients. As you continue on your consulting journey, you will receive quarterly feedback and have the opportunity to grow and be promoted based on your skills and not at a predetermined time. We know every individual grows at different rates and our program will best cater to those however you best fit.

The Hudson West Summer Associate Experience
Join Hudson West as a part of our Summer Associate Internship and learn what it is like to work in Consulting.
Our Summer Program
Our Summer Associates are no different than our starting Associates and go through the same onboarding process. Following onboarding and learning our program you will be placed on a project team (client facing) and have the opportunity to learn from the best.
Be a Part of a client team
Be a part of a group of Summer Associates to create value add client work, learn about consulting, network with individuals throughout the firm during sponsored events, and give back to the community.
Summer internship Projects
Actually be client facing, doing client work and sitting in client meetings
Have the opportunity to take on a special project (either internal or external) to leave your impact on clients or the firm
Team Bonding
Participate in multiple team bonding events and firm meetups during the summer to network and collaborate with your colleagues
Give back to the community and live up to Hudson West’s values by partaking in sponsored community service events each summer
