After onboarding you will be given the opportunity to lead based on your experience and make a difference for the client. We also expect our experienced hires to take on internal initiatives and help out principals in specific business areas from business development to training.

While Hudson West provides a standard end of year bonus, we believe employees should be recognized for special achievements throughout the year. Hudson West offers spot bonuses for special accomplishments throughout the year. There is also no predefined promotion day and you can be promoted with a salary increase when you are ready!
